The Hedera Foundation, Inc. is recognized as a tax-exempt public charity under Section 501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions are deductible to the extent allowed by law. Admission to our Emerald Elegance Gala event is $150 per person, of which $96.10 is the estimated value of the event (inclusive of dinner). As such, $53.90 of each ticket purchase is eligible for an income tax deduction.
