About the Foundation
We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization providing IMPACTFUL educational assistance, social services and support programs to communities within Coweta & Fayette Counties. Since being established in 2015 by Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Phi Pi Omega chapter, the foundation members have diligently partnered with community volunteers to provide scholarships, youth empowerment programs, health initiatives and family support resources.
A Message from Our President & CEO
Through strategic collaborative efforts, The Hedera Foundation delivers a broad range of programs, including scholarships for students pursuing higher education; youth empowerment initiatives that foster leadership and personal growth; health and wellness programs that promote preventative care; and family support resources designed to enhance overall quality of life.
Because of supporters like you, The Hedera Foundation is able to fund critical initiatives such as weekend meal programs for local elementary students—helping to address food insecurity and ensure children return to school ready to learn. We also invest in educational leadership development programs that nurture confidence, inspire ambition, and inspire young people to become future leaders in their communities.
Your generosity does more than provide funding. It creates opportunity, restores hope, and transforms lives. Thank you for believing in our mission and for partnering with The Hedera Foundation to build stronger, healthier, and more empowered communities.
